In order to achieve client’s desires and needs, making the best with the current technical installations of the apartment, I focused on a good and functional flow chart of the different uses of the apartment. The proposal includes 3 options for the possible apartment layout. This allows client to choose and to see different functional distributions and decide what option is more suitable for the realization. Some elements of different options can be combined, so the client can make small changes that meet his needs. All options follow client's instructions and requirements resulting in functional distribution of rooms with maximum use of space.
