1. Left bathroom/ toilet, will be used by kid(s) and guest, that is not an issue, as very soon most of the guests will come kids room.
2. Currently, the kids room is just for one kid, if you need more, just connect with study/office room, and you will get one big kids room. In that case, your office work will be relocated just down below in the rooms hallway.
3. Laundry, is placed just in front of the left bathroom, basically just space for washer and dryer.
4. Kitchen, is half open/ half closed, by sliding doors. Half of the wall is fixed wall, and half is sliding doors, 2 pieces.
4a. You can place the sliding doors either on the side of living room, if you want to make kitchen slightly bigger, for about 15cm, OR into the kitchen, if you want to place some mirror or picture on wall of the kitchen,
5. Furniture parts, literally everything is incorporated into floor plan. The only left are 2 small parts, 50cmx50cm, which I did not know where to belong, living room or sleeping room?
That is all, overall I am very happy, as your starting position was not so optimistic for designing, in the terms of small amount of windows, fixed water verticals, etc...
