The layout plan here accommodate the room required: an entrance foyer, main living / dining area, kitchen, study/work room, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom and bathroom. As you can see in the furniture code picture, the placement and distribution of the 18 existing furniture you attached.
The kitchen is flexible with double sliding door; you can fully close it when you need closed kitchen, or you can open the sliding door to get a more spacious and open feel to the living / dining area.
As for the work/study area, it is semi open concept, where it is accessible in the center while also providing privacy for less distraction.
