The architectural project I propose offers an internal distribution of the spaces optimized to make the apartment as comfortable as possible.
It is possible to immediately notice the division into two areas, a living area and a sleeping area. The bedrooms are all oriented in a south-east direction so that they can receive pleasant morning rays and enjoy exceptional natural lighting. As for the twin room, two design solutions were shown, both unique and divided. The division can be carried out at any time through a simple partition. Both resulting rooms will have independent access and adequate light surface. The presence of two bathrooms, one for the sleeping area and another (room 1.3) to be used for the living area, especially when there will be several guests, has been designed.
The living area sees as main room a very large kitchen-living room, in which the whole family can gather together and at the same time be comfortable.
The large corner sofa, the three-sided fireplace and a large wooden table will make this room the center of the home.
As for the furniture, it is proposed a style both rustic and modern, in which materials such as wood and stone are undoubtedly the protagonists, as in the case of the masonry shower or the table for the kitchen in wood. The corner sofa is confortavle and is next to the beautiful three-sided fireplace, making this space the perfect place to relax or to chat with your friends.
