Il progetto ha tenuto conto delle richieste della committenza e per questo si è optato per una scelta più funzionale degli spazi, dallo stile moderno, prediligendo i colori chiari con un tocco di colore che spazia tra blu cobalto e il verde brillante ed energetico, un colore freddo ma avvolgente, che spezza con eleganza le prevalenze dei toni caldi, come di quelli neutri.
Il progetto prevede una ridistribuzione degli spazi per creare una zona notte continua (formata da tutte e tre le camere), collocata a nord -est, spostando l’attuale cucina nella parte a sud-est dove ora si trova la camera 1. Questa nuova riqualificazione comporta anche lo spostamento del ripostiglio accanto al bagno 1 che sarà collegato direttamente con la cucina e dove troverà posto la lavatrice, l’asciugatrice ed un sistema di scaffalature per riporre i detersivi. Quindi, collocando il ripostiglio/lavanderia adiacente al bagno si risolvono tutti i problemi degli allacciamenti degli scarichi.
Per realizzare una camera padronale ampia a sufficienza per contenere una cabina armadio, si è dovuto spostare il muro divisorio con il soggiorno, che risulta si più stretto ma con tutti i comfort necessari per creare un bello ed ampio spazio sia living con pranzo, ed in cui volendo possono essere collocati i mobili in vostro possesso.
Nella zona dell’ingresso ampliata dall’eliminazione del ripostiglio esistente, è stato sistemato un comodo armadio per i cappotti ed il muretto divisorio con l’area living, che inizialmente doveva avere un’altezza di 1,10 mt, si è pensato di realizzarlo a tutta altezza ma con una apertura tipo finestra.
Nell’ingresso, nel disimpegno della zona notte e in una fascia che attraversa il soggiorno e che nel progetto è quella segnata in azzurro, dove è prevista la ventilazione meccanica, si prevede di incassare anche dei faretti a led in modo tale da illuminare queste aree, sfruttando il controsoffitto che comunque andrebbe realizzato.
Le altre camere da letto destinate ai ragazzi ed il bagno non sono state modificate nella forma ma è stato possibile collocare parte dei mobili di proprietà e per rendere questi spazi più personalizzati si è optato per la scelta di ricoprire alcune pareti con della carta da parati molto attuale. Nel bagno dei ragazzi, vista l’ampiezza si è potuto collocare un mobile con due lavabi ed una grande doccia a filo pavimento con box in cristallo. Anche il secondo bagno, quello padronale a cui si accede direttamente dalla camera da letto presenta una grande doccia sempre a filo pavimento, realizzata con un materiale morbido al tatto e nello stesso tempo antiscivolo dall’effetto pietra molto particolare, che è possibile realizzare di qualsiasi dimensione. Per la camera da letto padronale si è pensato di realizzare una cabina armadio che è possibile anche dividere in due spazi separati a cui si accede attraverso due porte collocate ai due lati del letto la cui parete sarà rivestita in pietra chiara che conferisce una particolare atmosfera accogliente e calorosa.
L’ampia zona giorno è distinta in due zone operative: la zona living con il divano e la parete attrezzata con tv e la zona pranzo davanti alla grande finestra con un ampio tavolo in cristallo per le cene con amici. Collegata alla zona pranzo e separata da una porta quasi a tutta altezza realizzata con pannelli vetrati, c’è l’ampia cucina molto luminosa, realizzata ad U con una parte più bassa sotto la finestra a formare una panca/contenitore con un grande tavolo per accogliere tutta la famiglia. Sulla parete contrapposta trovano posto il grande frigorifero all’americana e le colonne forni e dispensa per poi proseguire ad L con la zona operativa cottura e lavaggio.
La cucina ed una parete dell’ingresso sono state pensate con un lussureggiante ed elegante verde acqua, Biscaglia Bay, che unisce le qualità serene del blu con gli aspetti tonificanti del verde. Questo tono fresco e sicuro di sé ispira pensieri di acque tropicali rilassanti, ci trasporta in un luogo che è piacevole e invitante.
