Keep the three bedrooms. Enlarge the smallest one ( 2.93X3.63). Devide the bathroom into two bathrooms (one should be directly accessible from the bedroom.)
The kitchen should remain independent, and not unified with the living room. The storage room should remain independent. The small bathroom shouldn’t be accessible from the storage room either. The property will be used as a dwelling and furnishings will be modern with antique furniture ( see photo) .
