Residenziale - Appartamento
This design has been developed with careful consideration of all the client's requirements and preferences. The main objective has been to create functional, comfortable, and visually balanced spaces while making the best possible use of the apartment's existing conditions.
In the kitchen area, the kitchen door has been removed to create a more open connection between spaces, and a breakfast bar with two stools has been added. A sliding glass door has been proposed for the dining area, providing flexibility while maintaining a visual connection between different parts of the home. All required kitchen appliances and equipment have been incorporated into the layout in a way that avoids any need to relocate the existing plumbing or range hood connections.
The living room layout includes an L-shaped sofa and an accent chair arranged to provide a comfortable view of the television. A decorative fireplace has been placed below the TV to enhance the overall atmosphere of the space. Near the entrance to the living area, a wardrobe has been designed for everyday use. In addition, the unused space beside the staircase has been transformed into a dedicated sleeping and play area for the family pet, ensuring efficient use of the available space while providing a defined area for the animal.
Three alternative layouts have been proposed for the primary bedroom on this floor. In the main option, the wardrobe is positioned along the side of the room where the ceiling height is lower. This arrangement improves the visual balance of the room and makes better use of the available volume. For greater flexibility, two additional layout options have also been provided. These alternatives feature different furniture arrangements and include a cozy reading corner beside the window.
On the second floor, the hall has been designed as a multifunctional living space that combines a lounge area, library, study space, and home office. The layout includes bookshelves, comfortable seating, a two-person table suitable for reading or conversation, and a dedicated work desk.
The larger bedroom has been designed for a teenage daughter and includes a wardrobe, work desk, vanity table, additional storage units, and a television. A built-in cabinet beneath the window provides storage for larger items while also functioning as a comfortable seating area. The wardrobe design has been coordinated with the sloped ceiling to create a more harmonious and visually appealing interior.
The smaller room has been arranged as a walk-in wardrobe and multifunctional guest space. It includes a sofa bed, a full-length mirror, and wardrobe storage. All cabinetry has been designed to follow the slope of the ceiling, maximizing both functionality and visual consistency. A cabinet beneath the window has been dedicated to shoe storage.
To achieve a more cohesive interior appearance, radiator covers have been designed to match the style and finishes of the wardrobes throughout the apartment.
For a clearer understanding of the storage capacities and dimensions, separate drawings have been provided showing the measurements and details of the wardrobes in both rooms as well as other storage areas throughout the project.
I hope the proposed designs meet your expectations and successfully address both the functional and aesthetic goals of the project.
