Apartment flor 1 and 2 / Mezonet

As the architect of this project, I approached the design of this compact duplex apartment in Sofia with a deep understanding of its spatial constraints and functional requirements. My goal was to create a space that not only fulfills all client expectations but also maximizes the potential of every square meter. By eliminating unnecessary walls, incorporating multi-functional elements such as the kitchen island, foldable window desk, walk-in closet/guest room, and sliding smoky glass doors, I improved both visual and functional flow while fostering a sense of openness within a tight footprint. The result is a modern, bright, flexible, and cost-efficient interior that enhances the quality of everyday life.
