For the project "APARTMENT AND TERRACE" I have created a functional, modern and spacious design where the client can relax and have fun.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are located in the central space of the apartment. The living room is divided from the dining room by a fishbowl. The kitchen has a bar, so when the client does not want to use the dining room, they can eat there or chat with another person while they cook. The kitchen has a small space for laundry.
The main bedroom is spacious, there is space to place a desk and a dressing room. The main bathroom is now more spacious.
Room number 2 has a double bed and a large closet.
In the study there is a bed that doubles as a sofa. This has drawers at the bottom to store clothes, when the client has visitors, people can stay here.
On the terrace, under a metal and wood structure, there is a gym with elements of calisthenics, weights and an exercise bike. The entire terrace is surrounded by greenery.
The terrace is the most beautiful space in the apartment.
