The proposal is made up of a central and open space. This open space has the kitchen with island, the dining area and the living room area. In this space there is a stone wall and in front of this wall, a wooden paneled wall. The stone wall separates the day area from the master bedroom and its full bathroom. Wood paneling separates the open space with the second double bedroom, study and another bathroom. The idea of ​​the distribution is based on providing privacy to the main sleeping area (main bedroom and main bathroom). A large window with French doors is created on the wall that separates the interior from the exterior.

The terrace is made up of different areas separated by wooden platforms. In the immediate area to the access we find the outdoor kitchen area together with the outdoor dining area. This dining area has a creeper on the wall and on the pergola. In front of the dining area we have a lawn area and the platform with the outdoor lounge area.

In the area behind the outdoor kitchen we have the gym area with the calestenia section. Next to this area we find another platform with a solarium area and a jacuzzi.
