Upon entering the apartment, two wardrobes and a dedicated seating area provide a functional and welcoming foyer. Heading into the living room, a custom TV unit featuring a fireplace addition greets you, anchoring the cozy atmosphere of the space. As you walk past the sofas, you will see how the dining table elegantly ties the living area with the open kitchen. By opting for an open kitchen layout, I managed to acquire a $40.20\text{ m}^2$ open space while simultaneously enhancing the available counter area.
As shown in the plans, the first bathroom is easily accessible from the living room. It features an antibagno, which serves as a discreet location for the washing machine and works perfectly as additional storage. In the first bathroom, I chose to install a Japanese-style small bathtub, as it was the most logical choice for both form and size. To ensure the space remains effective, the bathroom mirror includes integrated cabinetry, and the towel holder is attached directly to the sink counter. The final room on this wing of the house is the study; here, a desk is placed in front of the window to maximize natural light, complemented by a nearby bookcase.
Moving to the other side of the house, a sliding door acts as a sophisticated separator, dividing the active daily life of the home from the private bedrooms. Passing through this door, the first room on the right is the main bedroom, which features a TV, a corner closet, and a specialized narrow wardrobe designed for shoes and bags. Across the hall, your daughter’s room is positioned to include a single bed with a matching bench aligned with the TV. I have integrated a desk in the corner with a bookshelf above it, and on the opposite corner, a closet featuring a built-in vanity and seating. Finally, the second bathroom is designed with double sinks to allow family members to get ready simultaneously, rounded out by a spacious shower.
