Hello, As an architect, I designed this home with great care and attention, fully tailored to your needs and the needs of your family, with a strong focus on comfort, functionality, and privacy.

The kitchen was designed to a high standard to meet all daily requirements. A dining table for four people was included, expandable to accommodate up to six when needed. The living area was designed with a comfortable layout and opens onto the terrace, allowing the kitchen, dining area, and living space to all enjoy a beautiful and unified view.

The main bathroom was carefully planned to include a toilet, bidet, bathtub, and a washing machine integrated into a vanity unit beneath the sink, ensuring efficient use of space.

The second bathroom was relocated to become an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, providing increased privacy and convenience.

The master bedroom was designed with full use of the available space, including ample storage, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and a partition with a TV positioned directly in front of the bed, as per your preference.

The study room was designed in place of the former bathroom to ensure natural ventilation, while preserving the original positions of doors and windows. This approach maintains the integrity of the original architectural design and the building façade.

The girl’s bedroom was designed as a spacious and flexible room to accommodate her long-term needs. It includes a wardrobe area, dressing table, TV, and a study desk, in addition to a generous area for play and storage.
