This project was designed to fulfill all your requirements such as:
-placing the kitchen and the bathrooms nearby the existing plumbing system
-a big and open living area
-kitchen with peninsula
-dining table for 6 seats
-two bedrooms: a master bedroom with an walk-way closet, and a single bedroom for the boy.
-two bathrooms: one with laundry and one of them being ensuite
-minimal/Nordic style with some hygge inspiration
-mainly white color and wood
The project doesn’t require many changes on the radiators position.
