The project is part of an urban residential area just meters from the sea. The area has a thriving existing vegetation which, together with the limits of construction dictated by the NTA, regulates the development of the plan.
The house is on three levels, connected by a staircase to ceiling overlooking a patio albertato. the vegetation is also
starring in, thanks to the large windows that connect the ground floor and interato with the outside. The basement is a space dedicated to wellness, wine cellar and studio; the ground floor with living room, large kitchen separated by a sliding door and garage; On the first floor there are the
BEDrooms, services and a loft area for reading.

Il progetto si inserisce in un contesto urbano residenziale a pochi metri dal mare. L'area presenta una florida vegetazione esistente che, insieme ai limiti di costruzione dettati dalle NTA, regola lo sviluppo della planimetria.
La residenza si sviluppa su tre livelli, collegati da una scala a tutta altezza affacciata su di un patio albertato. la vegetazione è protagonista anche all’interno, grazie anche alle ampie vetrate che collegato il piano terra e interato con l’esterno. Il piano seminterrato è dedicato ad uno spazio wellness, cantina e studio; il piano terra con zona living, ampia cucina separata da una porta scorrevole e garage; al piano primo sono presenti le camere, i servizi e una zona soppalcata per la lettura.
La camera da letto padronale e lo spazio lettura godono di vista mare.
Si prevede l’istallazione di pannelli fotovoltaici.
