ITA_Riassumere tutte le idee in due tavole, devo dire, è stato molto difficile. Questo è un progetto davvero interessante e ci sarebbe da sbizzarrirsi!! Ho fatto due proposte per la nuova disposizione della casa; la prima prevede che l'ingresso affacci direttamente sul soggiorno - living e sull'ampia cucina, tenendo così la zona notte più separata. Mentre la seconda proposta prevede una suddivisione più netta dell'abitazione, con a sinistra dell'ingresso la zona giorno ed a destra la zona notte. In entrambe le proposte si prevede la sostituzione dei pavimenti con un gres effetto legno, eccetto che nel bagno e nella stanza multifunzione dove si è previsto un gres ma di colore grigio. Per entrambe le soluzioni si è cercato di eseguire meno modifiche alle murature possibili. Entrambe mi sembrano molto funzionali alle richieste della cliente, anche se forse, a mio avviso, la seconda proposta è la migliore in quanto si può prevedere l'apertura di una porta finestra sul terrazzo. Per quanto riguarda la futura disposizione della casa il soggiorno - pranzo potrà essere adibito a sola sala da pranzo, mentre la camera da letto potrà essere sostituita da una zona studio-relax, magari con una grande libreria. Spero comunque, anche se con poco spazio a disposizione, di aver compreso appieno le esigenze del cliente ed averle almeno idealmente concretizzate, dandole un'idea su quello che potrà ottenere dalla sua nuova casa e dal suo potenziale! For both solutions we tried to perform less possible changes to the walls. Both seem very functional to the demands of the client, although perhaps, in my opinion, the second proposal is the best as it can be made to open a window leading to the terrace. As for the future layout of the house the living - dining room can be used as a single dining room, while the bedroom will be replaced by a study-lounge area, perhaps with a large library. I still hope, though with little space available, you fully understand the customer's needs and having at least ideally materialize, giving her an idea of ​​what they will get from his new home and its potential!
