I just finished a project for your home and I'll try to explain it briefly.
First of all, I apologize for my bad English, I'll do my best.
I have seen the pictures that you have attached. I understand that the room on the top left is the one from which you can see the street outside. But I think, if you install a camera that you can control comfortably with tv, pc or smartphone, you solve the problem. In addition, you have a wonderful view at the bottom right and you can not waste it. For this reason I have placed the kitchen and the dining area on the right so you have the deposit near the kitchen and, while you eat, you can enjoy your garden through a large window. I moved the entrance on the left so you do not enter in the corridor but in the living area (living area is 15 sqm, not big as you asked). The living area and the dining area are connected by a small studio area where you can use your PC. Behind the desk there are two small bookcases and a niche for wood. The niche is near the stove which is located in the living area. The bedroom is not large. One day (if you want) you will be able to enlarge the bathroom instead of the bedroom with a spa area! In addition you will be able to connect the dining area by the garage. The interesting thing in your home is that the entire route runs around the stove. There is no fixed course but you can briefly reach every area.
About the furniture, I recommend to you a floor in stoneware wood effect. I also thought of using the color green to refer your beautiful garden. I used green in all areas. And then I thought of using green for the studio ceiling. This ceiling can be seen from all parts of the house and become a central element.
