EN: The project focuses on what will be the final future arrangement, so you do not have
underused spaces and vice versa in the final settlement. So I created three distinct zones,
but in communication with each other through existing passages and free of fixtures.
The kitchen was placed adjacent to the terrace so as to facilitate the various operations of
cleaning and disposal of waste. Opening of the wall that divides the living-room from the
"multi-function" room you can glimpse the stairs that although tight can become an
interesting architectural element. As for the bathroom I tried to mask the stairs of the
support beam by inserting the shower and by creating a wall below. In the temporary situation
I put some furnishings that will be more congenial in the future, such as the dining table,
which for the moment will be replaced with a smaller and still fit the needs of the customer.
The colors of walls and floors are neutral, so did the furniture, so you can easily renovate
the rooms with colorful accessories, without being constrained by finishes.

IT: Il progetto si concentra su quella che sarà la sistemazione futura finale, in modo da non
avere spazi sottoutilizzati e viceversa nella sistemazione definitiva.
Ho creato così tre zone distinte, ma in comunicazione tra loro tramite varchi esistenti e
privi di infissi. La cucina è stata posta adiacente al terrazzino così da facilitare le
varie operazioni di pulizia e smaltimento dei rifiuti.
Aprendo parte della parete che divide il salotto dalla stanza "multi funzione" si può
intravedere la scala che, sebbene stretta può diventare un elemento architettonico
interessante. Per quanto riguarda il bagno ho cercato di mascherare la trave di sostegno
delle scale inserendovi la doccia e creando una parete al disotto.
Nella situazione temporanea ho inserito alcuni arredi che saranno più congeniali nel futuro,
come il tavolo da pranzo, che per il momento potrà essere sostituito con uno più piccolo e
comunque idoneo alle esigenze della committente.
I colori di pareti e pavimenti sono neutri, così pure gli arredi, in modo da poter rinnovare
facilmente gli ambienti con accessori colorati, senza vincoli imposti dalle finiture.
