Nella nuova area creata vicino al parabrezza sarà un tavolo con gambe in legno e ripiani in marmo. Il tavolo sarà espandibile per organizzare pranzi con la famiglia e gli amici. dall'altro lato del muro sarà collocata una bassa credenza su un muro di legno e luce nascosta dietro di esso. su questa bacheca verrà posizionata una tv, per guardare diversi spettacoli durante il tempo in cui le persone cucinano o mangiano. Verranno eliminati il muro a volta e il magazzino e verrà creato un muro di gesso tra l'ingresso e la cucina. sul lato anteriore ci sarà uno spazio per giacche e scarpe, mentre sull'altro lato un mobile in cui verrà posizionato il tavolo da stiro. i colori da utilizzare saranno quelli del legno della cucina esistente e del marmo bianco che faranno parte del tavolo della cucina e del muro dietro la cucina.
