ITA/EN Vorrei ampliare la mia casa perché ho bisogno di un’altra camera da letto singola, un secondo bagno e un altro posto auto.
C’è molto terreno intorno alla casa, e a Nord abbiamo un secondo cancello per entrare nella proprietà.
La casa è abitata solo al primo piano. Al piano terra abbiamo un’altezza dei soffitti di 220 cm circa, e ci sono solo locali di servizio (garage, lavanderia, cantina, ecc.). I due muri centrali, quelli del corridoio, sono portanti.
Abbiamo un budget di circa 70.000 euro. La mia idea era di creare un ampliamento a Nord con: al piano terra due posti auto, e al primo piano due camere da letto con un bagno, e sacrificare l’attuale stanza da letto più piccola come stanza di passaggio con uno studio. Ma vorrei valutare anche altre soluzioni!

The house is inhabited only on the first floor. On the ground floor we have a ceiling height of about 220 cm, and there are only service rooms (garage, laundry, cellar, etc.). The two central walls, those of the corridor, are load-bearing. We have a budget of around 70,000 euros. My idea was to create an extension to the North with: on the ground floor two parking spaces, and on the first floor two bedrooms with a bathroom, and to use the current smaller bedroom as a passage room with a computer desk. But I would also like to evaluate other solutions!
