The project tries to meet the needs of customers through the development of plans with the following criteria:
1. Highlight the large living room with an east view.
2. Luxury dining room with at least 8 people to use.
3. There is a reasonable separation and combination of traffic between the trio (kitchen - dining room - living room).
4. Room for housekeeper is rectangular, easier to use.
6. The changing room and bathroom are larger.
7. Use age-appropriate youthful colors for the room of older boys.
