Questo progetto non necessitava di una ridistribuzione degli spazi interni, essendo già in corso un progetto di ristrutturazione o di una nuova realizzazione. L’appartamento si caratterizza per l’ariosità e la luminosità della zona giorno con l’affaccio verso un’ampia terrazza che, viste le dimensioni generose, ci consente di evidenziare una zona chiusa con pergola bioclimatica, a vetrate scorrevoli dedicata all’area pranzo, una zona conversazione-living sopraelevata e, verso l’esterno della terrazza, una zona relax con piscina-idromassaggio Jacuzzi. Vasche di piante e fiori regalano un’atmosfera rilassante e di grande libertà. Un tocco verde è ripreso anche nella zona giorno, grazie ad una parete in verde stabilizzato che richiama il senso di benessere che ci dona l’habitat naturale. L’ingresso è delineato in modo fluido da listoni in legno con strisce a led che creano una schermatura verso l’accesso alla zona notte, nella nicchia trova spazio un armadio guardaroba. Ho scelto tonalità scure, seguendo la linea dei vostri desideri, proponendo un’ampia palette di grigi-neri, ma optando per materiali diversi per donare maggior movimento. La parete lunga in mattoncini neri dà continuità all’ambiente diviso dal rialzo della zona pranzo ed è affiancata, verso la zona tv, da una parete trattata con effetto cemento. Le linee sono pulite ed essenziali ma mai fredde o spigolose, alcune punteggiature tondeggianti aiutano a creare un’atmosfere d’insieme avvolgente. Il legno in rovere grigio fumé o, se lo preferite, con un gres porcellanato che ne riproduca l’effetto è di grande impatto ma, nell’insieme, dà una sensazione morbida e neutra. Alcuni giochi di contrasto sono dati dai toni più chiari degli imbottiti, del tavolo e di alcuni complementi, come il tappeto. Il tocco naturale dell’ambiente è richiamato ed enfatizzato anche grazie alle sospensioni di Foscarini con finitura in betulla. Ho scelto di non eccedere con le calate per non tagliare troppo lo sguardo, rovinando il grande respiro che la zona giorno regala, ho scelto faretti da incasso moderni e di creare punti scenografici grazie alle luci a led. Anche la camera da letto ha una linea sobria ed elegante, gli arredi sono molto essenziali, la parete del letto spicca grazie ad una boiserie in legno, pensata sul gioco dei due diversi ritmi del legno, verticale ed orizzontale. Le applique sopra i comodini e la poltroncina in pelle donano un tocco di morbida circolarità. Il bagno mostra grande carattere, oltre che la sua massima funzionalità, ha, infatti, un’ampia doccia e una zona lavabo doppia. Per la stanza hobby- creatività e per il bagno vi ho mostrato come potreste utilizzare gli spazi.
Spero che il mio progetto vi abbia suscitato emozioni positive, colgo l’occasione per precisare che alcune mie scelte per gli arredi potrebbero essere sostituite con altri marchi, pur mantenendo lo stesso mood, grazie a colori, materiali e forme.
This project did not require a redistribution of the interior spaces, as a renovation project or a new construction was already underway. The apartment is characterized by the airiness and brightness of the living area overlooking a large terrace which, given the generous dimensions, allows us to highlight a closed area with bioclimatic pergola, with sliding windows dedicated to the dining area, an elevated conversation-living area and, towards the outside of the terrace, a relaxation area with a hydromassage Jacuzzi. Tubs of plants and flowers offer a relaxing atmosphere of great freedom. A touch of green is also taken up in the living area, thanks to a stabilized green wall that recalls the sense of well-being that the natural habitat gives us. The entrance is fluidly outlined by wooden strips with LED strips that create a shield towards the access to the sleeping area, in the corner there is space for a wardrobe. I chose dark shades, following the line of your desires, proposing a wide palette of grey-black, but opting for different materials to give more movement.
The long wall in black bricks gives continuity to the room divided by the rise of the dining area and is flanked, towards the TV area, by a wall treated with a concrete effect. The lines are clean and essential but never cold or angular, some rounded dots help to create an overall enveloping atmosphere. The wood in smoked grey oak or, if you prefer, with a porcelain stoneware that reproduces the effect is of great impact but, overall, gives a soft and neutral feeling. Some plays of contrast are given by the lighter tones of the upholstery, the table, and some accessories, such as the carpet. The natural touch of the environment is recalled and emphasized thanks to the Foscarini suspensions with birch finish. I chose not to exceed with the drops so as not to cut the look too much, ruining the great breath that the living area offers, I chose modern recessed spotlights and to create scenographic points thanks to the LED lights. Even the bedroom has a sober and elegant line, the furnishings are very essential, the wall of the bed stands out thanks to a wooden panelling, designed on the play of the two different rhythms of wood, vertical and horizontal.
The appliques above the bedside tables and the leather armchair give a touch of soft circularity. The bathroom shows great character, as well as its maximum functionality, it has, in fact, a large shower and a double sink area. For the hobby-creativity room and the bathroom I showed you how you could use the spaces.
I hope my project has aroused positive emotions in you, I take this opportunity to point out that some of my furniture choices could be replaced with other brands, while maintaining the same mood, thanks to colors, materials and shapes.
