We are very happy to participate in your contest. We tried to design according to your basic needs and implement your wishes as much as possible in the design. According to your plan for renting a house, we divided the house into two parts, private and public, and placed a locked door between the two parts. At the entrance, which is the common part of the house, we considered a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a folding dining table that can also be used as a work desk.
We envisioned a guest bathroom in a public space that both you and the tenant could use without entering the private part of the house.
We provided a closet at the entrance that can be used as both an entrance closet and a tenant closet.
We jointly designed the guest room and the children's room, and used a sofa bed instead of a guest bed to enlarge the children's room.
We imagined the main bedroom in the current hall where the fireplace is located and we designed a small private bathroom in it. We imagined a TV above the bedroom fireplace.
We considered the colors a combination of light colors and wood. We used light colors for the floor to make the house look bigger.
