It was fun working on the project, being an Architect i would like to suggest that the lesser changes you will do to the walls, greater will be the life of the building also there are structural walls which should not be moved or demolished.
While doing this design and planning I have tried to reduce the wall demolition changes while keeping in mind your set of requirements for renting the apartments.
There are now 5 bedrooms with their attached toilets, including one care takers bedroom. For the care takers bath you can keep the last corridor bath in use or if not required you can use it as storeroom.
You will have to do the slab core cutting I am attaching a drawing showing all measurements of the new walls and core cutting areas.So you will understand the planning and design in a better way.And would be easy while Execution.
