I have formulated 2 designs for your apartment.
Following your wishes, there are now two bathrooms. As You asked living area is open in both versions but divided from entrance.
In first variant entrance zone is in the same place as it was and separated from living zone with existing walls. In second variant entrance is moved to the right where was the window and separated from the living zone with wooden columns.
In both variants all bedrooms and master bathroom stayed in the same positions and similary equiped. The rooms kept the initial sizes. Master bathroom stays for the service of the rooms, now a bit smaller. Disposition of sanitaries are the same with change of shower.
The space is clearly divided into the day and night zone.

Here are some characteristic of each of the variants:
Variant I
* the entrance stays where it is, separated from the living zone with the walls
* second bathroom is located near the kitchen (one option is to make height denivelation and separate it from the rest of the apartment)
* dining room is away from the kitchen
* kitchen is planed with cooking island
* PS corner is in the living room
Variant II
*entrance is moved to another position and separated from the living zone with wooden columns
* guests bathroom is in the position of old entrance
* dining table is near the kitchen
* working corner with PS is in the entrance area and "hidden"
* space for laundry is planed as a small new independent room, with washing and drying machine

I tried to remove as few walls as possible, in order to reduce unnecessary costs.
The focus is on functionality, spaciousness and achieving a harmonious space.
