As requested, my proposal meets the following requirements:
- Two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, additionally in the living room there is a 190cm FAMILY BEDDING sofa.
- In order not to increase construction costs, the location of the bathroom remains in the same position.
- The total cost of furniture including the sink from IKEA (GODMORGON / BRÅVIKEN) is €8062
- Regarding the finish of the floor, I propose the use of "resin cement" (resina cemento) which can be applied on the existing floor.
- The washer and dryer area is close to the bathroom with sliding wooden doors.
Other important aspects:
- The general aesthetic of the apartment is warm and neutral, with touches that evoke the sea.
- In the living room and kitchen area, I propose a cornice with indirect lighting and illuminated shelves that will improve the lighting of the space.
- The main room has a large walk in closet.
