I have prepared three different design proposals, each offering a unique approach to the spatial layout, functionality, and overall interior concept. A set of 3D renderings is also included for each proposal to better illustrate the design ideas and the atmosphere of the future home.
Please accept my apologies if you notice any minor discrepancies in some dimensions or existing conditions. Since an accurate DWG survey of the current apartment was not available, the existing plan had to be reconstructed based on the dimensioned sketch and the additional information you kindly provided during the competition. Therefore, some small inaccuracies may remain.
However, the entire 3D model and all design proposals have been developed according to your latest dimensioned plan, ensuring that the design concept reflects your intended layout as closely as possible.
