In this design, I tried to renovate the typical area, since I guess this part is the most important one.
The typical area consists of two three-bedroom apartments, with a spacious living-dining area, and semi-private kitchen.
It has two bathrooms, with one inside the bedroom. Every bathroom has direct access to natural lighting and ventilation.
I also added a new opening, both in the bathroom and in the living room, I don't know whether it is possible or not. If it is not possible, just discard them, it won't affect much on the layout.

The elevation of the building hasn't changed much, I only added some vegetation in the balcony, and changed the materials of the railing into glass for better composition.

In questo progetto, ho cercato di rinnovare l'area tipica, poiché immagino che questa parte sia la più importante.
La zona tipica è composta da due appartamenti con tre camere da letto, con un ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo e cucina semi-privata.
Ha due bagni, uno all'interno della camera da letto. Ogni bagno ha accesso diretto all'illuminazione naturale e alla ventilazione.
Ho anche aggiunto una nuova apertura, sia in bagno che in soggiorno, non so se sia possibile o meno. Se non è possibile, scartali e non influiranno molto sul layout.

L'elevazione dell'edificio non è cambiata molto, ho solo aggiunto un po 'di vegetazione sul balcone e ho cambiato i materiali della ringhiera in vetro per una migliore composizione.
