All the apartments come with 2 side open allowing ample daylight. The project is planned with 1 buildings & 5 floors, with 2 apartment per floor. A courtyard is provided at south side, a usable open space behind the parts of the development. . Apartments are simple and flexible for a total of four persons per apartment. These apartments look for people who seek a good quality of life. At the base of these towers, with the intention of create a connection with the plaza, there is grocery shop and parking areas. All this integration to create a progressive walk to the pedestrian trying to cross this terrain. For all these reasons, it is chosen an architecture that seeks to integrate the urban space and not segregating it. Thus, it creates large public spaces, dynamic and with great quality of life.
