I offer 3 floor plan solutions whit different disposition of the furniture. All three of them have standard furniture which should not add aditional cost to the design. On main floor there are small kicthen, small living room and a bathroom. Gallery is placed at height of 220cm and is built from wooden construction making interior warmer, more open and brighter.
Placement of the stairs to the gallery differes as well as position of the kitchen in this solutions. Also in „option 3“ I sugest you to think about placing washing maschine in entrance area, incorporated in stairs to the gallery. That way you can get more room in bathroom. This solution can also be applied to the „option 1“ if necessery.
On gallery I provided double bed in every option and also a small cabinet for clothes. Couch in Living room can also be aditional guest bed if necessary.
Colors and materials used in the design are natural with earthy pallete. Using wood, parquet floor and coverings for walls this space get more cozy and pleasant for people to spend time in it despite beeing small.
