Here I present two floor plan options you can choose from.
In the 'Option 1', the living/dining/kitchen is within one large and open space, with folding door installed before the kitchen to provide flexibility if at some times you want to cook and have the kitchen closed. Here, the bathrooms position also remain unchanged, where the bathroom behind the elevator become inside of the master bedroom. The master bedroom is positioned in the previously kitchen, this gives very convenient zoning in the apartment but you might need to extend the plumbing work to the new kitchen.
In the 'Option 2', the space allocation is still similar to the existing layout, but I added new bathroom and guest toilet near the entrance.
The master bedroom is smaller than in Option 1, but it still can do. And the bedrooms are bigger, one bedroom can host twin bed. This way, the plumbing and all drains keep the same. The living room is still connected with the kitchen and there is also bi-fold door if you want the kitchen closed some times. The previously bathroom become pantry storage.
If you like large and open space, I would highly recommend Option 1. But if you prefer to not change the kitchen position, Option 2 also works well. I hope you find this helpful and you like the design.
