We hope You like our project! We tried to fulfill all the project requirements. As You can see on ground floor we placed all the spaces you wanted. The concrete wall on the ground floor has a new opening that acts as passage way, although the whole structure is steel low bearing and functional. At the entrance on the ground floor we made small colorful corner that acts as a waiting area and has tea and coffee bar. Open space office on ground floor has room for six people and with placing the bamboo false ceiling we wanted to reduce the noise so that all six people can work in pleasant conditions. The bamboo grid false ceiling is Auralex acoustics panel (http://www.auralex.com/product/wavelens/). The storage area is now organised and enclosed so the customers cannot see inside.
As you said that you are taking off the shoes on the first floor, at the entrance we designed small area for storing and easily taking on/off the shoes. In the kitchen the is a small pantry on the side, and large island bar with six seats, also there is multi functional open area that can act dining/brainstorming/socializing space. Co working space on the first floor accommodates eight people and is equipped with lot of storage for the files and necessities you have. On the first floor there is large office for account department which is enclosed and hidden from the sight.
Since there is no natural lightning we used a lot of lights: led lights ( Phillips LEDALITE ) and regular lights ( in this case Maisons du Mondes, but You can use similar lights from other manufacturers). We wanted to make the space look fresh, inspirational, and a place You want to be while working!
