The flat is currently under complete renewal, thus the room is completely empty. The room is about 21 square meters, with a window on the right end-side, a double glass door facing the kitchen, the main entrance and two doors leading to the sleeping rooms. The ceiling is 3.05 meters tall.
There room is not very lit: there are lights in the entrance, one light on the wall on the left-end side of the room and a long LED light above the glass door facing the kitchen.
The flat is on the fifth floor with good lighting during the day. The room has to be well lit also in the evening.
We have lots of books thus we need a lot of space for them, the major wall (the one separating the living room to the sleeping room) will also have a wall-mounted TV 50/55 inches. We already have a sofa (Divanidea Heritage sofa dark grey with red coloured profiles) with the following dimensions: 230cm wide * 98 cm depth * 80 cm tall.
We need some space to access with ease to the kitchen. The furniture should be affordable (thus IKEA furniture to us is ok) but the room should have some sort of own “personality”!
We prefer a minimal and modern look, with bright lightings and an overall feeling of brightness.
