The main idea was to create two private spaces, one for the couple and one for the brother, and all the other in common use.

Brother s Studio
So a studio designed for the brother, expanded in two levels - the low with sofa, bookcase and the family desk & the highest with the bed and the closet.
A fully equipped kitchenette located it in the other side of the hallway and a bath with a shower next to it.

Couple s suite
From kitchen/dinning room a private door leeds to a hallway, on the right is the bedroom, in front the bathroom with bathtub and on the left the laundry and a walk-in closet.
In the bedroom there are two closets with a desk in the centre for personal beauty, writing and internet serfing, bed, the family cupboard and a bench with a lot of pillows on it for relaxing and watching tv.

Kitchen/dinning
In the centre of the house is the kichen, open or not (plan b), with a sink at the same place as before, an island in the center with cooker, drawers and seats, and a cupboard/closet floor to top, hides the refrigarator, the frizer, ovens and microwave. The dinning table belongs to family and we add panton chairs.In to recess can be placed family s libreria.

Living room
There are two plans actually.The one with open space with kitchen and a bar, and second seperated with sliding door. As a-point-to-view we choose an ethanol fireplace (no need chimney). A large sofa in L shape, an armchair and two or three stools offer relaxing to owners and there quests.

Gym/quest
A smaller room with large doors to balcony is the place for fitness exercise and a sofa for quests.

Materials : The walls are pained in snow white color and the floor is light laminate, over the existing tiles. In the bathroom marble or ceramic tiles imitation os marble.
