Nell'androne ci saranno i mobili per l'ingresso, per le scarpe e le giacche e di fronte ci sarà la scala al piano superiore che sarà un'opera d'arte, sarà composta da costruzioni metalliche e violazioni in legno. Nell'androne ci sarà una porta per l'ufficio e con un'apertura ad arco si accederà alla zona giorno. L'apertura può essere lasciata aperta oppure può essere chiusa con ante in vetro intelaiato nero. Il dettaglio dell'arco verrà ripetuto nelle finestre della facciata dalla strada per massimizzare la luce che entra nell'appartamento. La zona giorno sarà divisa in 2 parti, nella zona lounge che avrà un comodo divano e 2 poltrone davanti alla tv e caminetto a parete. La parete dietro la TV sarà rivestita con marmo calacatta posizionato con design a libro. Il resto del soggiorno sarà la zona pranzo e cucina che sarà collegata alla zona lounge da un'apertura ad arco. Lo spazio avrà una cucina con isola orientata sul cortile e una zona pranzo per 8 persone con un tavolo in marmo. Nella zona lounge verrà eliminato il muro non strutturale nel campo centrale per posizionare una vetrata con più inserti in modo da creare una loggia che insieme alla parte di balcone esistente realizzerà una veranda con accesso dal salone zona con porte scorrevoli e dalla zona pranzo e cucina da una porta secondaria.
