Thank you for the opportunity to redesign your beautiful apartment, I really enjoyed designing your apartment. After analyzing your requirements and studying your existing apartment, I proposed five alternative layout designs. All designs have open kitchen layout design concept for integrating living and kitchen. The position of the kitchen is not changed, yet I proposed folded doors to close the kitchen if it is not used or to hide clutter. The kitchen design is compact with full cabinet to the ceiling to store utensils, plates, glasses, etc. In the living room, I proposed new tv cabinet unit, and I added cabinet that can store more things, and there is a hidebale dining table which can be folded if it is not used. I changed access to the closet (ripost) from corridor to double bedroom. There is sliding doors that can hide the closet. In the alternative one, four and five, I do not proposed new bathroom while in alternative two and three, I proposed new bathroom.
In the alternative two design, I proposed new bathroom which is accessed from double bedroom. I also made window seat (l) framed by bookcase (k) which can be used for reading nook. The difference between alternative one and two is only in double bedroom layout.
In the alternative three design, I proposed service bathroom which is smaller than the main bathroom which makes single bedroom smaller than alternative one and two. I placed storage in the corridor next to double bedroom which makes walk in closet is smaller than alternative one.
In the alternative four design, I proposed bigger living room and dining room which makes single bedroom smaller than alternative one and two. The tv set is placed in the existing masonry bookcase. The layout of double bedroom is same with alternative 3 design. Kitchen in the alternative four is opened while in the other alternative designs, kitchen can be closed while it is not used.
In the alternative five design, in front of window in living room, I proposed extension cabinet from kitchen separated by sliding door which can be closed when kitchen is not used to hide clutter. The end of extand cabinet is a seat which completed with dining table and chair. The tv set is placed in the existing masonry bookcase. The layout of double bedroom is same with alternative 3 and 4 design. In the render views of alternative 5, I made an option for seating length of dining seating. I will leave it to you depends on your personal choice.
I made 2 different color scheme pallette (see the render views), one is combination of black, grey and white color with wood material, the other is combination between white and grey color with wood material. I will leave it to you depends on your personal choice.
