I did one long space for living room + dining space + kitchen. Little bit moved WC and I think it is possible by this way, It is almost on the same location, bit of right side. Probably there is vertical communication point. Kitchen and Bathroom can be set on the same point and it is good when they are together in such small flats. There 2 bedrooms, one for the owner of the flat and one for the 2 children. ( it can be 2 story bed). Both of bedrooms have their wardrobes, and children bedroom has studying tables also. Both bedrooms have large glass walls with glass doors. They will have curtain and in case of privacy rooms can be closed by curtain.
