it was a difficult task to work on your project but I hope I made some solution that it can be realized. There were several missing informations (about the construction, stairs, sewer system, the possibility of building a second floor... ). This solution is using the given situation as much as possible, for example - stairs are where they are currently. If they can expand, it would be beter.
