I´m very excited to present our proposal for this contest.
We look at the layout options you proposed and we decided to present two different options.
Option 1
In this proposal, we tried to accommodate the spaces in such a way that all the bathrooms have a good dimension without affecting other spaces. All the kitchens are linear in order to save space and to have the opportunity to use this furniture for other purposes. You will notice that two of the kitchens look bigger, think this as an opportunity to have a TV or a piece of fixed furniture with books. We think the closet rooms are sufficient.
Option B
In this option, we used your last layout without changing anything but a little space in the access of the apartment looking south. The idea of the doors is very powerful, but we think it could be an expense that wouldn't worth it for a rental apartment. Nevertheless, we made a similar proposal with this layout.
Furnishing
We look out for an IKEA furnishing, taking into account the price and the look & feel you will get from it. Please review our collages and renderings to have a clear idea of our proposal.

Another option could be Coventino, which is a good and economical option if you want real wood.
