Il progetto riguarda la ristrutturazione di un appartamento al secondo piano di 110 mq calpestabili a Roma sul lungo Tevere. L’appartamento è stato suddiviso al suo interno in modo da formare tre mini-appartamenti indipendenti sui 34 mq ciascuno e separati da un ingresso in comune. La suddivisione degli spazi non ha causato modifiche sulla parte strutturale e di tamponamento pertanto non ci sono stati cambiamenti nella suddivisione degli spazi. Lo studio ha riguardato il posizionamento degli arredi che è stato fatto sulla base delle richieste volute dalla committenza. Il design stile nordico ha prevalso e i colori chiari hanno permesso di creare un ambiente ben illuminato anche grazie agli spot a soffitto firmati Castaldi e alle lampade da pavimento già scelte dal proprietario e posizionate all’interno dei soggiorni. La cucina, il divano, il tavolo da pranzo, le sedie, il letto sono stati pensati per essere utilizzati in ogni appartamento. Le marche che sono state scelte sono Stosa per la cucina che con il modello Mood da la possibilità di avere un piccolo spazio di lavoro ripetibile per ogni appartamanto. Il tavolo Gulliver e le sedie Kuadra della Scavolini mantengono il giusto equilibrio. Il divano Ikea Arild sempre bianco permette anche di apprezzare grazie alla porta scorrevole semi trasparente la camera da letto con il letto di Beliani Italia. Queste scelte sono state fatte tenendo conto del budget a disposizione. I rendering mostrano qualche scelta diversa nella disposizione dell’ arredo questo perché ogni mini-appartamento ha una suddivisione differente ma nell’insieme l’impatto che si ha quando si entra in ogni mini è molto simile. I pavimenti in grès porcellanato di Marazzi in finto legno percorrono tutto il pavimento e per il bagno e la cucina la scelta è stata fatta pensando a ceramiche in rilievo firmate Fap. I sanitari sono tutti firmati Globo Ceramiche e i colori delle pareti sono chiari sia par la parte del soggiorno che delle camere con differenti tonalità in scala di grigio per la camera o perla per il soggiorno.


The project concerns the renovation of a second floor apartment of 110 square meters in Rome on the long river Tevere.
The apartment has been divided internally to form three independent mini-apartments on 34 square meter each and separated by a shared entrance. The brands that have been chosen are Stosa for the kitchen which with the Mood model gives the possibility of having a small repeatable work space for each apartment. The Gulliver table and the Kuadra chairs by Scavolini maintain the right balance. The always white Ikea Arild sofa also allows you to appreciate the bedroom with the bed by Beliani Italia thanks to the semi-transparent sliding door. These choices were made taking into account the available budget. The renderings show some different choices in the arrangement of the furniture, this because each mini-apartment has a different subdivision but overall the impact that you have when you enter each mini is very similar. Marazzi imitation wood grès stoneware floors run throughout the floor and for the bathroom and kitchen the choice was made thinking of ceramics by Fap. The sanitary ware are all signed Globo Ceramiche and the colors of the walls are clear both for the part of the living room and for the bedrooms with different shades of gray for the bedroom or pearl for the living room.
