Small apartment, great features. While leaving the openings and the partitions I’ve tried to regain the space better adapted to customer requirements.
The entrance is characterized by large closet on the right to complete with a sliding scale to emphasize and enhance the height. It continues with the wall table and the kitchen at L with a length of 2.50 meters, I have opted for a mini fridge recessed.
In the small bathroom are arranged the toilet, the shower and the sink, all placed along the wall with appropriate minimum distances.
The room has a bed size requested and mezzanine from which to enjoy the view, relax or get through their work. Below mezzanine, the space is used by placing the cabinet with folding bed, which opened occupies optimally space adjacent to the steps, and the lower cabinet by sliding openings to be organized according to your needs, for example with a chest of drawers with wheels and pull carts.

Piccolo appartamento, grande funzionalità. Lasciando invariate le aperture e le tramezzature si è recuperato lo spazio meglio adattandolo alle esigenze del committente. L’ingesso è caratterizzato dal grande armadio a muro sulla destra da completare con una scala scorrevole per sottolinearne e valorizzarne l’altezza. Prosegue con il tavolo da parete e la cucina ad L con lunghezza di 2,50 metri, si è optato per un minifrigo da incasso. Nel piccolo bagno sono stati disposti lungo la parete il wc, la doccia ed il lavabo, tutti posti ad adeguate distanze minime. La camera presenta il letto dalle dimensioni richieste ed il soppalco dal quale godere del panorama, rilassarsi o dedicarsi alle proprie attività. Al di sotto del soppalco lo spazio è sfruttato ponendo il mobile col letto pieghevole, che aperto occupa in maniera ottimale lo spazio adiacente i gradini, e l’armadio basso dalle aperture scorrevoli da organizzare in base alle proprie esigenze, ad esempio con una cassettiera con rotelle e carrelli estraibili.
