Renovation
The major task is the creation of two apartments: apt1 with 4 beds and apt 2 with 6 bed places.
APT1 29m²
Entrance/Corridor
A little entrance area well separated from the apartment. An hole in the wall let natural light enters from the window in the bedroom.
Bathroom for guest/daily use
A daily/guest bath with separated areas: wash basin, shower and toilet. It can be used by 3 people at the same time! Washing machine and dryer in the toilet area.
Night area
A loft like space. Bed area divided by living from a wall. I thought at this wall as an opaline one, to create privacy in case of 4 guests living in the apartment. Glass opal walls let the natural lights reach the entrance giving privacy and closet space.
Day area
In the day area I divided this big room in three distinctive corners:
- kitchen: an exsquisite little kitchen on a line (through a shutter system totally hideable);
- living/sitting room: a rational living room, TV mounted on the wall, reading corner and bed/armchair for other 2 guests;
- dining room: a dining corner with a foldable table just perfect while eating/reading / working.
APT2 51m²
Entrance/Corridor
A long corridor entrance area takes you to the apartment or the bath access. Low ceiling here.
Bathroom for guest/daily use
A daily/guest bath with separated areas: wash basin, shower and toilet. It can be used by 3 people at the same time!
Kitchen
A normal kitchen with storage space, Washing machine and dryer . In the center of the apartment.
Dining
A long rectangular table for 6 people and more, with stools and a bench close to the wall. TV area in the big storage system.
Living/Sleeping
Natural light in the living room.
Big windows gives natural lights.
Two sofa beds can be separated through a shutter system (suggested in the drawing nr.2)..
Bedroom
A suite like bedroom, fully natural light in all the areas. Big bed, library / wardobe; private bath. Through a curtain system you can have light or not in the closet.
Lighting solution
Led led led.
Skylight effect in the bathroom using LED panels.
Led stripes in the kitchens, under the wall units.
Ceiling lamps on the tables.
Ground lamps near sofas/armchairs.
