I divided the apartment into two studios, as requested by the client. Entering from the existing entrance door, on the right we find the entrance to studio 1, while going straight to the studio 2.
The small apartment has an entrance hall in which there is a built-in closet and from which it enters the existing bathroom. From the lobby you enter the room where there is a small dining room and a compact kitchen. In the second part of the room there is a sofa bed and bunk beds. I decided for the bunk beds because there is more space in the room.
The large apartment has two bedrooms, in one double bed in the other two single beds. The living room is large and free from the walls. It has a sofa bed for two people, a dining room and a compact kitchen.
