My proposal is based on intention to provide solution that would be most adequate for potential future interventions /depending on what could potentially be approved regarding existing urban conditions/ . With all brief demands covered, it reflects several options:
1. Keeping inclined roof with extension of facade wall for 1m, which would provide standing height in all areas, but with main orientation towards the opposite wall, so you could open new windows if approved;
2. full height achieved in entire attic with possibility of having beams visible or hidden /depending on personal taste/;
3. full height achieved above living room and kitchen, but with inclination kept above dining area, with roof window.
I would also point out that this organisation is mostly possible even without any further reconstruction regarding height of the attic.
I also uploaded few renders that show options in materialization. Even though the space is bright enough due to large windows towards the terrace, there is significant difference between keeping it all white and simple and applying visually strong material like brick.
Fire place is placed in center of the room to keep cozy atmosphere between living room and dining area while the space around the round metal staircase is organised as studio lounge oriented towards the terrace.
The entire interior design is imagined as unique modern ambient enriched by significant details / color, art, vintage and modern furniture/ that make each room unique.
