Ho voluto inserire due ipotesi di progetto. Entrambi con il terrazzo d'angolo e il mini appartamento indipendente come richiesto. La prima versione prevede l'innalzamento della mansarda e quindi la zona giorno al piano superiore; la seconda mantiene invariata la volumetria dell'edificio e quindi dispone della zona giorno al quarto piano.

I wanted to define two project hypothesis. Both of them have the corner terrace and mini independent apartment as required. The first version involves raising of the attic and the living area on the upper floor; the second version keeps the same volume of the building and therefore has the living room on the fourth floor.
