Il progetto cerca di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze del cliente. L’appartamento è stato suddiviso in due più piccoli di circa 52 mq ciascuno. L’obbiettivo è stato quello di creare due ambienti spaziosi, cercando di sfruttare al meglio la superficie disponibile, e come si evince dallo stato sovrapposto del progetto (rosso costruito, giallo demolito), abbiamo ottenuto due appartamenti con pochi lavori edili. La distribuzione interna del progetto ci ha inoltre permesso di creare un bagno di servizio in più nell’appartamento A.
Per la scelta degli arredi abbiamo cercato di assecondare il gusto del cliente tenendo presente le immagini da lui forniti. Abbiamo comunque diversificato i due appartamenti al fine di consentire al cliente di proporre due soluzioni simili ma diverse.
PROJECT
The project seeks to better meet the needs of the customer. The apartment has been divided into two smaller ones of about 52 square meters each. The goal was to create two spacious surroundings, trying to make the most of the available space, and as evidenced by the state superimposed project (built red, yellow demolished), we got two apartments with little construction work. The internal distribution of the project has also enabled us to create a bathroom in the apartment more A.
For the choice of the furniture we tried to satisfy the taste of the client keeping in mind the images supplied by it. However, we have diversified the two apartments to allow the client to propose two solutions are similar but different.
