The idea of the project, maintains the external structure unchanged, it was realized a glass roof to connect the two building, inside which it will be possible to put the lemon plants. The porch roof is changed with a wooden arbor, it was made a wooden terrace that leads to the pool. The pool is protected from wind and views with a hedge of trees. The roof of both buildings is covered with photovoltaic tiles to provide electricity to the house. Some windows were enlarged, it was created a door window to go to the veranda and pool. The double sided furnace can be used from the kitchen and from the porch. The staircase between the two floors has the retaining wall of glass blocks to filter light; the upper floor handrail, is glass. The high ceiling is on sight with the suspension lamps. The bathroom and the bedroom upstairs, have the walls with the portion above of glass to filter light and keep out odors and noise. In the old bedroom was realized the room cinema and music.
The kitchen has a central island and a plan for the preparation of food near the oven.
Nearby is the pantry.
On the basement floor, there is a large bathroom with tub and shower; the second bedroom, laundry, cellar and another living room kitchen.
In this kitchen is the old fireplace turned into pantry.
Both floors are accessible from the outside by a disabled person.
