The box inside a box
Trying to keep the old structure as much as we can, we design starting from the existing old walls made of “tuff” involving them with the Clima Pontarolo system, and the new areas were planning using this method.
The 3 bedrooms are in the north side , among a room that it can use it as a pantry laundry library or play room or just a relax place;with a soft carpet and a calm view to the patio, it can be also a visitor bedroom . inside this space are a technical area for water systems, electrical items, piping , ventilations etc,sitting 10 meters to the street.
One of the bathroom is in suite with the master bedroom, and the other one is in an area between the living room the kitchen and the other bedrooms
The living room is among the kitchen and dining room , separate by slides doors , so the family can use as a single space or 2 spaces at all.
The portico is on the left side and this could be a gallery either the car´s place.
