Hired to recreate a truly modernist makeover of the existing dwelling in Seattle Lake Forest area.

The main rhythm of the facade followed privacy, yet symmetry of nature and light acceptance, as well as heat distribution, whilst protecting against humidity promoting sustainability.

The property is designed to offer private area for the investors, Airbnb capacities and is intended to be used for profit rental, whilst using the property for private use as well.
