From 2001 until 2005, I studied at the Faculty of Decorative and Applied Arts of the Higher Art College named after D. Bortniansky in Sumy, Ukraine, where I received a BA degree in Decorative and Applied Arts in 2005. I have studied drawing and painting, composition, drawing fonts and posters and creation of illustrations. I worked with a variety of crafts represented: decorative arts (decorative painting of dishes and plates), pottery and ceramics, handcrafted toys, textile: rug weaving and embroidery of a “rushnyk” (Ukrainian embroidery wedding towel) are just a few of them. Besides, I participated in the annual International LAND-ART-Symposium "PROSTІR POKORDONNYA". While I was at college I met many wonderful people. I studied painting with the master Igor Shvachunov, drawing with the sculpture Grigory Prokopchuk, composition with Anna Gidora, Illustration with Natalya Kohan, textile with Nina Negreba, ceramics with Galina Zhuk, lefkas painting and graduation project with Yuriy Firsik.
