My work career so far has included the successful development of projects for new facilities, reconstruction, and upgrading of existing ones, numerous legalizations, preparation of technical documentation in compliance with location conditions, norms, and applicable regulations, as well as 3D visualizations of interiors and exteriors, and elaboration of projects and technical documentation, as well as constant communication with phasers. Development of residential building projects refers to residential multi-family buildings, residential-business complexes, single-family houses and villas, terraced houses, as well as all types of ancillary buildings. Development of projects and technical documentation of non-residential buildings refers to hotels, primary schools, industrial facilities and halls, disco, hospital, special hospital, SPA center, swimming pool, beach bar, as well as ground floor arrangement around individual facilities and complexes. Creating a 3D visualization of the interior and exterior includes complete technical documentation, workshop drawings for built-in furniture, specifications of all finished elements, as well as appropriate renderings of the required space.
